Church Choir
The Choir of Rahator Memorial Methodist Tamil Church, Parel, has always played an important role in the worship of our Sunday Service.
The songs sung by the choir create an atmosphere and peaceful serenity which prepares the congregation to receive the Word of God. Apart from leading the congregation, it also gives special numbers and is an integral part of the Wedding Services of our church members.
Christmas time is a busy time for the choir. It is also the most fulfilling time.
The joy of proclaiming the Good News while belting out joyous and well loved songs is beyond compare.
A one day retreat-cum-choir practice in October marks the beginning, of the practice for the Carol Service. Being a part of this group is a very satisfying and thrilling experience.
The choir meets every Saturday at church for practice between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.
