Rahator Memorial Methodist Tamil Church

We are a congregation of Tamil speaking people, from all walks of life. While we cherish the good traditions of Tamil culture, we have a dynamic and progressive outlook and practices as an agile church, responding to technological and cultural changes without deviating from the dictates of the Scriptures.

With due consideration for the cosmopolitan background of the new generation Mumbaikars, the sermons and messages are always summarized in English, for the benefit of those, who do not have proficiency in Tamil. The vibrant youth members of our church lead the congregation in praise and worship, with songs in English, Tamil or Hindi. Everyone is encouraged to use the gifts and talents given by our Almighty Lord in worship and Fellowship meetings and in acts of evangelism.

Sunday Service Timings : 08:00 AM To 10:00 AM

YOU ARE WELCOME


The Holy Communion is Observed on the Last Sunday of the Calendar Month.

Following the Main service, all the other organizations meet for their Fellowship.

The Sunday School for the Children is held in the 1st floor hall from 10:30 AM till noon.


The Youth, Men and the Women all meet for a brief time of fellowship

between 10:30AM till noon as well following the Church Service.

The Choir meets every Saturday at 05:00 PM in the church premises

to practice for the following Sunday’s worship and Hymnals.

A hub for young adults where they explore faith and support each other in their spiritual journeys.

Church Choir

Group of dedicated church members who enhance worship services with harmonious and spiritually uplifting music.

Methodist Youth Fellowship (MYF)

Faithfully leads, serves, resources and networks youth.

Reay Road Worship Centre



A project of Tamil Methodist Church, Parel (since 30th September 1986)

We are grateful to God for enabling us to conduct the Vacation Bible School at Reay Road in which more than 400 children were blessed (Hindi and Tamil). We have prayerfully renovated our Reay Road Worship Centre.

Pastor of Reay Road Worship Centre: Rev. David Peter

Regular ministerial activities are going on as under:

  1. Daily activities are carried out during the day time by our Missionaries.
  2. ⁠Every Wednesday: 25 – 30 ladies meet for prayer from 3 pm to 5 pm.
  3. ⁠Every Friday: Fasting Prayer from 2 pm
  4. Every Saturday: Scripture classes for the children (3-4 Hindi &
    4-5 Tamil.)
  5. Every Sunday: Worship Service at 11 am.

Members are requested to uphold all these programmes in your prayers.
